Inside Earl's Lodge is an expansive area for your event. Our main dining area features multiple fireplaces, Italian chandeliers and stunning views of the mountains and base area from the large windows.

Within Earl's Lodge is the Huntington Room, a private event space. This intimate setting could be closed off from the main lodge and features an aqua colortone with a center fireplace and chandelier. This area is available year-round and is a good option to host smaller events during our standard public operation.

Our full-service restaurant located inside Earl's Lodge is available year-round for special events. It was named and designed after the cinnabar stone, a beautiful mineral found locally in the area. It features a restaurant-style setting with a bar across the south end, and views of the base area and surrounding mountains from its large windows to the west and east.

Built for the Olympics, Needles Lodge has a large two-story space with 360-degree views from 8,700'. Featured in the center is a grand four-sided wood fireplace and Italian chandeliers hang throughout the lodge.

Just outside the lodge is Earl's Plaza, a bustling setting year-round. The brick plaza is heated in the winter and includes three fireplaces that are a popular gathering place.

This enclosed patio offers a pictureque backdrop of DeMoisy Peak. Located on the top-floor of Needles Lodge, this venue is available year-round for events in any season. The patio features string lights and an intimate setting to be used during day or night.

Snowbasin's newest venue is a brand-new deck on the east side of Needles Lodge. This larger outdoor space provides views of the Ogden Valley and Pineview Reservoir below, nestled beneath DeMoisy Peak. This venue is only available for summer or fall weddings.

Sessions are one to three hours and may be broken up between meals and breaks. One-hour sessions contain up to three activities from one chosen theme. Two-hour sessions contain up to five activities and can be tailored to fit your needs. Three-hour sessions include a consult with the recreation manager prior to the event and also contain up to five activities.
