Our first snowfall of the season arrived this past weekend, blanketing the upper third of our mountain with a nice 4 inches. This weekend marks the final chapter of our fall season, with crisp temperatures in the mid-40s and potential for more snow at higher elevations. Deep yellows are creating a stunning display across our slopes as we close out SnowWiesn Oktoberfest. Enjoy Bavarian beer, local vendors, and live entertainment one last time before winter arrives. Enjoy Needles Gondola from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday for scenic rides and access to our 26+ miles of trails.
Sunday marks your final opportunity to experience our legendary Mountain-Top Brunch Buffet at Needles Lodge from 10am to 2:30pm at 8,700 feet, featuring gourmet cuisine and 360-degree mountain views. Premier Pass Holders enjoy complimentary gondola access, while Value Pass Holders receive free event access and $10 off gondola tickets when picking up their passes at the Meadow Yurt. Non-pass holders save $5 off event and gondola tickets when purchased online at least one day in advance. Don't miss this last weekend to celebrate fall at Snowbasin before we transition to winter operations.
