In his sixth season as the leader of Snowbasin, Davy Ratchford oversees all operations and strategy for the resort. He has worked in the ski industry since 2010, with previous leadership positions at resorts in Lake Tahoe, Colorado and Park City. Prior to the ski industry, he graduated in marketing from the University of Utah and helped build the Real Salt Lake soccer franchise into a National Champion in 2009.
He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the National Ski Area Association, Ski Utah, Visit Ogden and GOAL Foundation. He's also on the Ski Area Management Future Leader Council and is on a four-year assignment as the Honorary Commander at Hill Air Force Base.

In her first season at Snowbasin, Kayla Poole oversees employee relations and retention for the resort. She supports the needs of Snowbasin employees by enhancing job satisfaction and strengthening relationships within departments. She is a passionate advocate for employee well-being and has previously held several HR leadership roles across the tech industry.
Kayla graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She is an active member of her community, often seeking ways to give back to underserved populations through food drives, wellness classes, support groups and more.
In his tenth season at Snowbasin, Andrew Barfield oversees all tickets and passes, rental, retail and snow sports departments for the resort. He is a veteran of the ski industry with 25 years of experience at positions across the world. Most recently, he was the Training Manager of snow sports at Steamboat Resort.
Andrew graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in English and has an extensive background in teaching and snow sports as a former instructor at Crystal Mountain. He has been employed as an educational staff member for the Professional Ski Instructors of America to deliver training throughout the country. Andrew serves on boards for the Snowbasin Ski Education Foundation and Wasatch Front Economic Development District.

In her seventh season at Snowbasin, Carrie Lindsay oversees event sales for the resort. She tailors large-scale mountain experiences, elevated corporate events, intimate gatherings and dream weddings. She is a champion of Snowbasin, fostering lifelong relationships with the community and delivering unmatched experiences for all who visit.
Carrie has previously held several event leadership roles across the state including at The Monarch and Leonardo Museum. Carrie sits on several local boards including the GOAL Foundation and Weber County Travel and Tourism Tax Advisory, to help spur opportunity and growth for the Ogden area.

In his sixth season at Snowbasin, Michael Rueckert oversees marketing, public relations, analytics and brand strategy for the resort. He was recently named "Marketing Disruptor of the Year" by Utah Business. Under his leadership, Snowbasin brand awareness has grown into the No. 1 ranked resort by SKI Magazine, Outside Magazine, and USA Today. His team's initiatives have been recognized by Utah Business for Best Outdoor Advertising Campaign, Best Travel/Tourism Video by the Summit International Awards and Best of Marketing by Ski Area Management.
Prior to working in the ski industry, Michael directed marketing and fan experience at University of Utah Athletics for their football and gymnastics programs. He graduated from the University of Utah and is currently an Adjunct Professor in the David Eccles School of Business teaching Sports Marketing. He is a member of the Ski Utah Marketing Committee and was recently chairperson.

In her fifth season at Snowbasin, Kaitlyn Schwalbe oversees health, safety and security programs. Kaitlyn is a passionate champion for guest and employee safety, both on and off the mountain. Her dedication towards a strong service and safety culture has been recognized, both locally and nationally, earning awards for the programs she has led and the impact she has driven across the resort.
Prior to her current position, Kaitlyn held several senior operational roles at Snowbasin, including her most recent position as Senior Manager of Guest Services.

In his sixth season at Snowbasin, Tim Hendon oversees finance and accounting for the resort. Prior to Snowbasin, he worked in public accounting with KPMG, the global steel industry and agriculture industry.
Tim graduated with a Master's in Accounting from the University of Utah.

In his second season at Snowbasin and sixth season with Grand America Hotels & Resorts, Andy D'Agostino oversees all Food and Beverage operations for the resort. He brings more than 15 years of experience in ski resort food & beverage management to this new role.
Prior to joining the team at Snowbasin, Andy was the Director of Restaurants at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho, where they achieved a #1 ranking in dining two years in a row by SKI Magazine. Outside of work, he spends time as a member of the Occupational Advisory Committee for the Ogden-Weber Technical College Culinary Arts Program. Andy hails originally from Connecticut and graduated from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.

In his 23rd season at Snowbasin, Eric Ahern oversees building maintenance, mountain electrical, housekeeping, grounds and shuttle/parking departments for the resort. Under his leadership, Snowbasin has received awards for access.
He began his professional career at Snowbasin worked in gondola maintenance, lift mechanics and managed the mountain electrical department before his current position.

In his 22nd season at Snowbasin, Ryan Woolsey oversees all Mountain Operations for the resort, including lift operations, snowmaking, grooming and ski patrol. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Health and Safety, oversaw Ski Patrol and worked in Mountain Operations Management.
Ryan graduated in English with a minor in German from Weber State University. Under his leadership, Snowbasin has received several awards for its safety program by NSAA. He is a board member for Ogden Valley Adaptive Sports and previously worked for the United States Forest Service on the Ogden Ranger District.
