We are already looking ahead to next winter with the launch of our 2024-25 season passes. Guests who purchase now will lock in the best rates of the year and gain immediate access to the resort, bypassing a few months of waiting and relishing over six weeks of bonus skiing, plus summer fun at Snowbasin. We have also announced additional parking and accessibility plans for the coming season, ensuring ultimate access to your favorite mountain destination.
Snowbasin’s 2024-2025 season pass offerings include:
The Premier Pass offers unlimited skiing and riding, with an option to upgrade to a Premier Platinum Pass for just $400 more. This upgrade includes a 2024-25 Ikon Base Pass, granting access to 50 global destinations and three additional Utah Resorts. Other benefits include:
The Midweek Value Pass was reduced for the coming season by $100 to just $499. This pass allows you to ski Monday through Friday and is one of the most affordable options of its kind in Utah. All other Value Passes offer restricted skiing and riding across the resort. Value Passes do not include summer access or other Premier Pass Benefits, but Value Pass Holders can receive 25% off window rates on blackout dates. Blackout dates include:
With the purchase of any of Snowbasin’s season passes, guests are offered the option of a payment plan solution to split their purchase into three installments with no additional fees. However, guests that select this option will not be able to utilize the ‘Ski Free this Spring’ promotion.
Snowbasin is committed to being the most accessible mountain in Utah and will continue to offer free parking without reservations. We have seen success with recent initiatives to improve our arrival experience, including the expansion of parking lots and doubling bus service. Next winter, we will still offer the freedom of skiing whenever you’d like, with a heightened focus on optimizing traffic flow and further incentivizing carpooling and weekday skiing.
You may have noticed a new traffic pattern off Trapper’s Loop that allowed cars from south and northbound lanes to simultaneously turn onto Snowbasin Road. This temporary solution provided a measurable difference in our vehicle flow with a 25% increase in speed when implemented. Next season, we’re partnering with UDOT to make this change permanent with new lines painted into the intersection.
In addition, we have found that up to one-third of cars arrive with just one person per vehicle. To further incentivize carpooling and reduce the number of cars on the road, all of Earl’s lots A-E parking will be reserved for those with three or more people per vehicle on weekends until 11 a.m. This change will allow us to separate inbound traffic into two lanes to increase traffic flow for everyone and provide express access to our best parking stalls for carpoolers.
Season Pass Holders will now receive a free UTA Ski Bus Pass to allow for a sustainable and reliable route to the resort throughout the season. With recently expanded service from both Ogden and Davis counties, hourly routes are available with free parking to responsibly access Snowbasin and reduce the amount of driving required to ski.
"With plenty of snow and over a month of some of the best skiing of the season left to be had, why wait? Get your pass and join us to close out another remarkable season and gear up for the next!"
